NPS surveys
We run NPS surveys annually to get a quantitative source of feedback on our user’s attitudes towards the platform. We ask users about their attitudes towards the platform as a whole, the features they use, and their frequency of use.
Happiness surveys
It is important to run periodic “health checks” on older areas of the platform. Users are presented with an optional survey indicating if they are “Happy”, “Neutral” or “Unhappy” with a particular feature. They are then prompted to leave a comment explaining their reaction. We began running these in the US, Norwegian and Dutch market in 2019.
